USACE Avrupa ofisi tarafından Romanya’da Cincu bölgesinde gerçekleştirilmek üzere PIRIL İNŞAAT’a ihale edilmiştir. HK Mimarlık ve ekibi 100% projeleri 11 Eylül 2017 tarihi itibari ile tamamlamıştır.

HK Arch.&Eng. is the subcontractor of PIRIL Co., and responsible for the entire design package including local Designer of Record review and Military of Defence approval. The design has been completed as of 11 September 2017.
